Welcome to Xorvix. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xorvix website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Xorvix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Xorvix,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Xorvix, the operator of the Platform.

  • “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.

  • “Client” refers to users who post jobs or hire freelancers.

  • “Freelancer” refers to users who offer services on the Platform.

  • “Services” refers to all features, tools, and services provided by Xorvix.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Xorvix. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Xorvix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Role

Xorvix is a marketplace platform only. We do not:

  • Employ freelancers

  • Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services

  • Act as a party to contracts between Clients and Freelancers

All agreements are made directly between Clients and Freelancers.

5. Services and Payments

  • Clients agree to pay freelancers for completed work as agreed.

  • Freelancers agree to deliver services as described and agreed.

  • Xorvix may charge service fees, which will be clearly disclosed.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Xorvix is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others

  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their own content.

  • By using Xorvix, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content for platform operation and marketing.

  • All Xorvix branding, logos, and platform content are owned by Xorvix and may not be used without permission.

8. Disputes Between Users

  • Clients and Freelancers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

  • Xorvix may offer dispute resolution assistance but is not obligated to do so.

  • Xorvix’s decision in disputes (if involved) is final.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Xorvix at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

  • Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Xorvix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Xorvix is not responsible for losses arising from user interactions or contracts.

  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Xorvix makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

12. Privacy

Your use of Xorvix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Xorvix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
